Bromley based Photographer Jill Collier believes that an headshot is a must for every artist. It's like a business card. But more than that, it must instantly convey the subject's personality and character. It must seize the viewer's attention. For actors in particular, this is important, because you only have a split second to catch that casting director's eye.
At the same time, it can not deviate too far from the standard headshot composition that is designed to show the basics of someone's appearance. For this reason, it's always my goal to create headshots that are like visual C.V they should convey an actor's extraordinary attributes as succinctly as possible.
